This position is contingent upon contract award SOSi is seeking a Training Coordinator to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop integrate and sustain a scalable federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability governance and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD IC interagency and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing dynamic data integration and mission-tailored analytical capabilities Essential Job Duties Responsible for planning coordination quality assurance and Government interface regarding training events procured Manage the acquisition of packaged training services under Cost-Reimbursement CLINs Conduct market research and identify qualified training providers Solicit compare quotes from at least two sources for each training event Submit vendor recommendation package with justification t COR for approval Coordinate scheduling logistics participant communication Review deliverables f quality completeness post-event Maintain training records provide monthly reporting on status cost participation Ensure that tr outcomes align wth Government-defined learning objectives Qualifications Minimum Requirements Active TS-SCI Clearance Bachelor s degree in education Instructional Design Intelligence Studies r related field five years equivalent experience in tring nd curriculum development Knowledge OSINT methodologies geospatial data analysis intelligence tradecraft ESRI ArcGIS exposure dashboard analytics mission-relevant tools Possess knowledge capability oversee Open-Source Intelligence OSINT reporting geospatial tools operational dshboard utilization trining f partner nations Proficient instructional desin adult learning methodologies hands-on trining techniques Strong communication cross-cultural facilitation skills required ensure effective knowledge transfer diverse environments Knowledge incorporating real-world scnearios into prgrams adapting content evolving needs Preferred Qualifications Experience wrking with international partners interagency collaboration nd trning program ssessment desirable Work Environment Normal office conditions All interested individuals will receive consideration nd will not discriminated against ny reason
