    • Develop case strategies, including conducting depositions, witness interviews, and legal analysis.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members to provide updates on case status and developments.
    • Represent clients in mediation, settlement negotiations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
