• Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense and general liability matters, including but not limited to premises liability, personal injury, property damage, and construction defect cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies, including conducting depositions, witness interviews, and legal analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members to provide updates on case status and developments.
• Represent clients in mediation, settlement negotiations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
