    Description

    Essential Functions

  • Prepare and maintain Master Station Logs, Frequency Clearance/Protection checklists, Operations Directives, Job Assignment sheets, Daily Schedules, FCA System Status Reports, and software required to control and manage the WR RF environment.
  • Provide on-shift real-time technical guidance.
  • Coordinate with other operational control centers at the Western Range, other DoD test Ranges, Air Force personnel, Government personnel, outside Contractor, RGNext management, and FCA personnel.
  • Generate contract data items and maintain several databases.
  • Perform other duties/cross utilization as assigned.
  • Required Skills

  • Ability to make independent decisions based on the information at their disposal.
  • Solid conflict management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with specific emphasis on attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise diplomacy within a team environment.
  • Required Experience

  • Associate's degree in a technical related field or technical school certification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of technical or analysis related work experience.
  • Proficient at operating computer and Microsoft Office suite to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • The flexibility to work non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship.
  • Salary determined by Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License

    The hourly rate for this role is determined by a Collective Bargaining Unit and ranges from $29.56 to $36.92. RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
