- Prepare and maintain Master Station Logs, Frequency Clearance/Protection checklists, Operations Directives, Job Assignment sheets, Daily Schedules, FCA System Status Reports, and software required to control and manage the WR RF environment.
- Provide on-shift real-time technical guidance.
- Coordinate with other operational control centers at the Western Range, other DoD test Ranges, Air Force personnel, Government personnel, outside Contractor, RGNext management, and FCA personnel.
- Generate contract data items and maintain several databases.
- Perform other duties/cross utilization as assigned.
- Ability to make independent decisions based on the information at their disposal.

- Strong organizational skills with specific emphasis on attention to detail
- Ability to exercise diplomacy within a team environment.
- Associate's degree in a technical related field or technical school certification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of technical or analysis related work experience.
- Proficient at operating computer and Microsoft Office suite to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The flexibility to work non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship.
- Salary determined by Collective Bargaining Agreement

The hourly rate for this role is determined by a Collective Bargaining Unit and ranges from $29.56 to $36.92.
