Process Technician – 3rd Shift

A leading manufacturer is seeking a Process Technician with wire and cable experience to support production on 3rd shift at their Manchester, NH facility.

If you are a self-motivated problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills and you prefer working nights, then this could be a great fit
Responsibilities of the Process Technician – 3rd Shift
Conduct operator training on product processes and procedures
Partner with Shift Supervisor and assist with dispositioning non-conforming materials
Address production problems and provide prompt resolutions
Sign off on material conformance checks and in-line quality
Perform quality and safety audits as assigned
Manage new product development projects on production floor through final reporting
Follow company quality standards, 5S, JIT, etc.
Perform additional tasks and participate in projects as required
Qualifications of the Process Technician – 3rd Shift
3 years of practical hands-on experience in a wire and cable manufacturing environment
Good math and computer skills (especially MS Excel)
Ability to work under pressure of time and resource constraints and respond to shifting priorities in a cooperative manner
