    A day in the life of the First Impressions Coordinator

    :

    Warmly greet customers in person and via phone (route and answer calls)
    Ensure the office is inviting and clean exhibiting a professional image
    Set up new orders in the software system
    Serve customers:

    route or process earnest monies, contracts, receipts, title orders, return recorded documents
    Various clerical duties
    Professionalism
    Excellent grammar and communication skills
    Prior front desk office experience, 2 years required
    Detail orientated
    Exceptional customer focus and service
    Ability to work collaboratively and develop positive relationships with co-workers
    Ability to take initiative and give consistent and energetic effort

    Primary Responsibility:


    Facilitate communications between parties involved in a property sale transaction and gather information to complete a comprehensive settlement statement to execute at closing.

    This position brings significant value by ensuring a stress-free closing for the buyer, seller, and agents. Doing the job successfully will lead to repeat business and better relationships with our clients.

    A day in the life of a Closer:

    Gather information to complete a settlement statement
    Prepare a comprehensive settlement statement (with accuracy)
    Communication with real estate agents, buyers, sellers and lenders, and in-house staff to ensure accurate information
    Obtain information and documentation, or other information set forth on the commitment to insure title clearance
    Prepare title files
    Conduct closing meetings with customers, agents, and lenders
    Educate and train other team members as requested
    Closer Qualifications and Skills:

    Title experience, minimum of three years
    Strong knowledge of real estate transactions
    Licensed title agent, preferred
    Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
    Ability to prioritize, organize and manage work effectively and efficiently to accomplish tasks while managing multiple projects at the same time and delivering friendly service
    Ability to problem solve rationally using common sense
    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions either written, oral, diagram, schedule, or electronic formats
    Effective communicator (verbal, written, and body language)
    Proficient knowledge of software programs utilized (Microsoft Suite products and industry-specific products)
