Description
Responsibilities
-Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, budget planning, forecasting, cost allocations, etc. for the Operations department
-Monthly review of vendor invoices for outsourcing and technology enhancement requests; liaise with procurement for vendor SOW submissions and approvals on behalf of Operations
-Prepare presentations and PowerPoint decks to support various governance forums and processes for the global head of Operations and his directs
-Responsible for performing daily control function for vendor and outsourcing relationships to ensure delivery and performance
-Implement improved controls and automation for the supervision of the vendor and outsourcing relationships
-Liaise with Operations managers to document monthly vendor performance, escalation of issues and participation in contractual governance forums
-Maintain various files including organizational charts, forward looking calendar of activities, list of open items with vendors, etc. for the Global Head of Operations
-Support HR and Operations in required tasks goal setting, performance reviews, resource strategy, corporate training and tenement in Ops pillars, etc.
Qualifications
-- years' experience in financial services.
-Must have finance background with great analytical skills and can perform complex calculations in excel.
-Ops experience a plus.
-Individual who can create dynamic executive level presentations in PowerPoint or similar platform.
-Control minded individual who will work with external vendors as a representative of Operations.
-Responsible for working directly with third party vendors in support of the supervision for the relationships.
-Works directly with SVP in Operations supporting initiatives for the Global Head of Operations. Must possess great verbal and written skills.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
