    JOIN OUR TEAM at Miles Table and Catering

    Position: Breakfast Cook
    Location: 2619 East Westmorland, Philadelphia, PA
    Schedule: Daytime shifts, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 7 days a week (must be available for Saturday and Sunday brunch)
    Compensation: Starting at $19 per hour

    About Us:
    Miles Table & Catering is a vibrant breakfast, lunch, and brunch hotspot open daily from 9 AM to 2 PM. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere both for our guests and our team members. We are currently looking to expand our back of house team with dedicated and skilled individuals.

    Job Description:
    As a Breakfast Cook, you will be at the heart of our kitchen operations, primarily responsible for:

    • Expert preparation of omelets and egg sandwiches.
    • Following precise specifications for salads and sandwiches to maintain our high standards.
    • Creating visually appealing dishes.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen daily.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a professional kitchen.
    • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
    • Exceptional organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask, follow detailed instructions, and learn quickly.
    • Strong teamwork capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
    • Respect for colleagues and pride in your work.
    • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not required.
