Diaz Architect & Associates P.C. is a leading boutique architectural firm since 2006, with offices in New York City and central New Jersey. Our firm specializes in building envelope restoration, reconstruction, and adaptive reuse projects, breathing new life into existing structures. We foster an interactive and educational environment about our architecture specialty, supporting marketing tasks with continuous technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Diaz Architects' services and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to establish marketing goals and objectives aligned with business development initiatives.
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and blog posts, showcasing Diaz Architects' projects and expertise.
Assist in client proposal development.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Lead company participation in conferences and client-specific events.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Cultivate relationships with clients, industry partners, and media outlets to enhance Diaz Architects' visibility and reputation.
Manage advertising campaigns and media placements to reach target audiences effectively.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate marketing initiatives' success and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the architecture, design, or construction industry.
Strong creative and analytical skills to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and storytelling.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management and web analytics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and strategic objectives.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles.
Experience in the architecture, design, or construction industry highly desirable.
Relevant certifications in marketing or project management are a plus.
Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
Working knowledge of CRM software and ad serving tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns.
