    Position Summary

    Position pay range: $66,800 - $83,300 based upon experience

    This position is accountable for the overall management of dispatch operations and execution of the service plan for each customer and for the region.

    Essential Functions
    • Manage all aspects of dispatch operations
    • Develop operating plans
    • Establish and hold staff accountable for key performance measures such as volume generation, service performance, load ratio, and claims performance
    • Establish long term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
    • Liaison between field operations and customers
    • Attract and retain talent
    • Interview and hire dispatchers
    • Discipline, complete performance reviews and establish corrective actions
    • Ensure all associates follow established safety procedures
    Qualifications

    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience
    • 5 years of transportation experience
    • 20% travel
