    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

    About the Role:
    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our Health & Wellness team, responsible for administering prescribed medications and treatments to residents. This role requires ensuring resident needs are met in accordance with professional standards, through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, as well as federal, state and local guidelines.

    • We require Basic reading and writing skills; ability to speak English clearly.


    • position requires Gerontological nursing experience particularly dementia population
    • Licensure: Current active LPN license in state of practice
