- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication therapy for patients
- Conduct drug utilization reviews and provide drug information to healthcare providers and patients
- Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Active California Pharmacist license
- Previous experience in an inpatient pharmacy setting
