We have Contract role for Athletic Trainer/Ortho Tech for our client Philadelphia, PA.Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.

Location : Philadelphia, PA 19129

Project Duration : 3 + Months (Contract )

Job Details :

Hours: 8a-5p

Job Description:

• Assists physicians, other athletic trainers, orthopedic surgeons, APPs and supportive staff with patient care in the Orthopedic Surgery outpatient offices and clinics.
• Follows patient from arrival to departure.
• Ensures patient and physician needs met to support patient experience.
• Prepares charts for visits, testing approvals. Assists in procedure / surgery scheduling, contributes to clinical regulatory readiness, inventory/stocking, patient phone call responses, other duties as assigned including of subordinate positions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree: Athletic Training accredited program (Required)
• Masters Degree: Athletic Training accredited program (Preferred)
• Experience 2 years of orthopedic experience in a healthcare setting (Required)
• BOC - Certified Athletic Trainer (Required)
• AT-LIC - PA Athletic Trainer (Required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA Required)
