Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Galaxy Restaurant in Wadsworth, Ohio.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This position will include evening and weekend shifts. This is a full-time, salaried position, with a competitive compensation and benefits package.


Compensation & Benefits:
The Restaurant Manager will receive an annual salary of $42,500, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control
• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability
• Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and quality
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee and maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Stay updated on industry trends and make necessary adjustments to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Requirements:

• 23 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Exceptional customer service and problemsolving abilities
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget and inventory management
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
