Excellent opportunity for a full-time Nocturnist to join ourteam. Our nocturnist position includes providing direct patient care on medicaland oncology services overnight. Many providers appreciate these positions forthe higher compensation and lighter shift load or as a gap year position priorto pursuing sub-specialty training. Full time nocturnists work 14 shiftsper month (or 168 shifts annually). Each nocturnist shift is ~12.5 hours,including time for pass off to and from the day teams. Duties include a mix ofcross-cover patients) and admissions (average 3-5 admissions/night).

Basic details for a 1.0 FTE position:

• Total shifts: 14 shifts per month or 168 shifts per year
• Total weekends: 18 per year
• Salary (base plus average RVU bonus): $260,000
