- The Manager, Employee Engagement, DEI is responsible for driving Hyundai's commitment to enhancing employee engagement and creating an inclusive environment.
- Under the directions of the Senior Group Manager, Talent Management, you will lead the development of innovative strategies to engage and inspire employees with Hyundai and Genesis brands.
- Coordinate and manage employee engagement surveys, action planning, and events.
- Implement new ideas for sustainable improvement in employee satisfaction and service delivery.
- Establish corporate diversity policies and coordinate Hyundai Diversity Council meetings.
- Oversee Hyundai Employee Resource Group initiatives and diversity communication.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and influence positive change within the organization.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or HCS certification preferred.
- Six or more years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee engagement and diversity & inclusion.
- Prior diversity and inclusion experience is a requirement.
- Automotive sector experience is advantageous.
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance.
