    Purpose

    • The Manager, Employee Engagement, DEI is responsible for driving Hyundai's commitment to enhancing employee engagement and creating an inclusive environment.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Under the directions of the Senior Group Manager, Talent Management, you will lead the development of innovative strategies to engage and inspire employees with Hyundai and Genesis brands.
    • Coordinate and manage employee engagement surveys, action planning, and events.
    • Implement new ideas for sustainable improvement in employee satisfaction and service delivery.
    • Establish corporate diversity policies and coordinate Hyundai Diversity Council meetings.
    • Oversee Hyundai Employee Resource Group initiatives and diversity communication.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and influence positive change within the organization.

    Certification

    • SHRM-CP, PHR, or HCS certification preferred.

    Related Experience

    • Six or more years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee engagement and diversity & inclusion.
    • Prior diversity and inclusion experience is a requirement.
    • Automotive sector experience is advantageous.

    Compensation

    $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 annually
