    As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, building business through excellent customer experience and quality work.

    Key Characteristics:

    • CUSTOMER FOCUS: Understands customer service principles, providing an excellent customer experience. Connects with customers in a meaningful way, being approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers.
    • INITIATIVE: Identifies opportunities & issues, following through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them. Learns quickly, taking positive action without request. Develops knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
    • Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
    • Training: Effectively trains learners, communicating info and techniques for retention.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience
    • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
    • Maintain store owned gear, as requested
    • Complete warranty repair work
    • Additonal duties as assigned
