We're hiring Residential Youth Counselors (Direct Care Professionals / Direct Support Professionals) to guide and inspire at-risk youth in a therapeutic residential setting.

Founded in 2003, MPA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adolescents rediscover their "zest for life" and succeed in the "business of life." We provide mental health support, residential treatment, and educational services to youth who are "hard to treat" and "difficult to place."

We are seeking individuals with experience in roles such as Residential Youth Counselors, Youth Counselors, Direct Care Professionals, Direct Care Workers, Social Work, Support Worker, Youth Mentors, Youth Workers, Behavioral Health Professionals, Mental Health Counselors, Youth Specialists, Awake/Overnight Residential Youth Counselors, Residential Community Youth Leaders, Camp Counselors, and Residential Aides.
