Job Title: Valet Parking Attendant at Luxury Resort

When you step into this role, you'll be the friendly face that greets guests as they arrive at the resort. Your main tasks will include opening doors for guests, assisting them out of their cars, and warmly welcoming them to the property. Additionally, you'll be responsible for valet parking services, ensuring guests' vehicles are parked safely and retrieving them as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at the Resort.
• Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles in the Valet Parking area.
• Demonstrate efficient driving skills, especially with manual transmission vehicles.
• Deliver exceptional 4-Star/4-Diamond level service to all guests visiting the Casino.
• Always greet guests with a friendly smile and proper salutation.
• Perform any other duties as required for the role.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills are a must. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Skill in handling public interactions with tact and diplomacy. A solid business acumen and a commitment to high professional standards are essential. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and effective teamwork is crucial for success in this role.

Education and Experience:

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience of one to two years in Resort Bell/Valet/Door Service operations is required. While casino experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Licenses, Certificates & Registrations:

Candidates must undergo and pass a background investigation to qualify for a gaming license issued by the Morongo Gaming Agency.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is necessary. Ability to comprehend safety regulations, operational instructions, and written procedures. Capable of creating basic reports, engaging in correspondence, and communicating effectively with guests and colleagues.

Mathematical Skills:

Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division - using different types of numbers.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram format. Possess the judgment to make informed decisions on procedures and tasks assigned.
