Job summary
The Microsoft Acquisition and Venture Success (MAVS) purpose is to be a driving force to enable and protect Microsoft's strategic growth through acquisition/venture diligence and integration success.Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of key Finance workstreams for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and divestitures across Microsoft by providing project management, communications, data and financial analysis, and prioritization for integration teams; updates integration planning approach and practices to ensure minimal impact on the business.
- Engage with Microsoft and acquired companies' finance and compliance leaders and executives in driving planning and addressing financial topics within the context of overall integration strategy.
