    Duties * You will manage the Preventive Maintenance Program for electrical utilities, coordinating outages for the high voltage electrical systems and equipment.

    * You will provide advice, solutions and assists Project Architect/Engineer on technical matters requiring extensive knowledge of engineering practices and construction methods for electric utility meters.

    * You will perform periodic inspections of work performed by others, inspects high risk failure of performance areas concerning electrical work.

    * You will perform and/or coordinates a wide variety of complex and/or major work requirements construction projects and facility service contracts for a wide variety of clients.

    * You will review of project construction documents prior to contract award for technical soundness, compliance with Navy and industry requirements.

    * You will serve as SME for the electrical overhead and underground electrical distribution systems.

    * You will plan, organize, and carry out assignments, coordinates work with others, determines the approach and methodology to be used.

You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft. * You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Troubleshooting, identifying problem areas, and implementing solutions on a collaborative basis with the contractor and activity personnel; 2) Conducting inspections of electrical controls, UPS, standby generators, switch gear, and interior and exterior electrical power distribution and lighting; 3)Performing the duties of an electrical systems delivery specialist in matters associated with sophisticated and complex electrical systems on construction projects; 4) Supporting field investigations by producing AutoCAD deliverables in support of requirements generation, and; 5) Using correct set-up and testing procedures for commissioning of Electrical systems.
