- Lead LTC product strategy and develop team members both from a technical and business acumen perspective; create a collaborative inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Partner with all other LTC and CareScout Leadership teams to ensure success and cohesive messaging.
- Communicate key metrics & progress to goals with multiple internal stakeholders.
