Manage the ordering receiving stocking and distribution of Community supplies manage Accounts Receivable Billing and Accounts Payable General Accounting and Payroll for processing support department managers with the recruitment of new employees conduct complete and document all new employee orientation duties including but limited to pre hiring criminal history registry reference checks ensure health benefit enrollment is completed when chosen by new employees as needed coordinate with community management team EP scheduling and follow up conduct marketing tours collect initial inquiry information when requested assist with Lead Center input may supervise assigned EPs communication responsibilities include telephone fax visitor written correspondence distribution if required follow up performs other duties as assigned.
