Packaging Materials Inc. has an immediate opening for an Account Manager for our manurfacturing facility in Cambridge, Ohio.

The Account Manager provides product information and customer support to prospective and current customers, increasing sales and marketing initiatives through outbound and inbound customer and prospect calls.

The Account Manager provides excellent customer service and problem solving for customers both internally and externally. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelops new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold-calling and referralsProvides sales support to existing accounts and obtains new ordersExpands the customer baseDevelops and maintains solid customer relationships Communicates the status of orders and customer concerns to sales team and management dailyMaintains and enhances product and technical knowledge in the plastics industryFollows up on leads and application opportunitiesConducts proactive outgoing sales callsDevelops and maintains effective internal interdepartmental relationshipsCoordinates quoting, samples, artwork and development of inquiries for professional and timely response to customersAnalyzes and resolves customer complaintsContributes to the team Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentialityAdheres to all Company safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsWorks scheduled shifts with predictable and reliable attendance, adhering to department schedulePerforms various special projects and other duties as assignedQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDTwo years' customer account management with a track record of obtaining and maintaining sales Microsoft Office Suite experience Strong math skillsPreferredExperience working in a manufacturing environmentTwo years of CRM experience, preferably HubSpotExperience working in an ERP system
