    Job Title: Armed/Unarmed Security Officers

    Location: Memphis surrounding area

    Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

    Salary: Competitive, based on experience

    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking both Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their premises.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security

    Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms

    Respond to emergencies and security breaches

    Report any suspicious activities or incidents

    Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order

    Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

    Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

    Follow all company policies and procedures

    Requirements for Armed Officers:

    Valid firearms license and training- Armed Officers

    Previous experience in armed security- Armed Officers

    Ability to handle firearms safely and responsibly- Armed Officers

    Excellent marksmanship and accuracy

    Strong knowledge of firearm laws and regulations

    Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations

    Requirements for Unarmed Officers:

    Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required

    Strong communication skills

    Ability to de-escalate tense situations

    Excellent observational skills

    Good physical condition for standing and walking for long periods

    High school diploma or equivalent
