- Responding to client support tickets both from the office and on-site.
- Check/install anti-virus software on all computers.
- Monitor phone systems.
- Troubleshooting printer issues.
- Reporting on production activities.
- Report and assist with random inventory audits on in house software.
- Scanning and inventorying all in house equipment.
- Assist with set-up new hires with log-in, email (Google Workspace, Outlook 2010/2019) and phone extension.
- Assist with identifying areas for improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Microsoft Office Suite 2010/2019
- Thorough knowledge of Windows 10 operating system, OSX, networking, hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VBA scripting and Windows 2016/2019 server (SQL/MS Access DB) will be a plus.

Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center a licensed outpatient Mental Health nonprofit organization under Article 31 of the Mental Health Law is seeking a highly qualified IT Support Level I
Interborough has 5 licensed clinics in Flatbush, Crown Heights, Williamsburg, Canarsie and Coney Island, as well as licensed school based clinics located in Bedford Stuyvesant, Canarsie, Crown Heights, and downtown Brooklyn, and an array of behavioral services through multiple contracts with New York City, New York State and SAMHSA.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems, maintaining workstations and LAN performance. Travel to our clinics located throughout the borough is required as needed.
