Job description
The Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer (CPO) is a strategic partner, operational integrator, and trusted advisor responsible for enhancing the effectiveness, communication flow, and impact of the People Operations function.
This role enables the CPO to operate at maximum efficiency by aligning priorities, driving cross-functional initiatives, managing critical workflows, and ensuring clarity, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.
The Chief of Staff acts as an extension of the CPO-anticipating needs, removing obstacles, coordinating major projects, and creating a high level of discipline and follow-through within People Operations and its partnership with all departments at Niowave.
