Responsibilities
- We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- You will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales retail serving/restaurant/bar or hospitality industry Leadership military athletics/team activities or community social or academic organizations Must have a valid driver's license Given the nature of our job requirements drug or alcohol related conviction on your driving record DUI/DWI in the last 3 years will disqualify yo u from employment Given t he nature o f ou r jo b requ irem ents mor e than 3 moving violations i.e speeding ticket failure to stop on yo ur drivin g reco rd i n th e la st 3 ye ars w il l di s qualif y y ou fr om em ploy ment Mu st b e at leas t 18 ye ars ol d Must be authoriz ed to wo rk in th e Unite d States an d no t requir e wo rk au thor izatio n sp onsorsh ip by ou r co mpan y fo r thi s po si ti on n ow o r i n th e fu tur e ,
