    Quality Warranty Engineer

    The ideal candidate should should have a

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Master's degree in Engineering
    • Strong Knowledge in QM- Systems e.g. DGQ Q-Manager
    • VDA certified PSCR
    • VDA certified FQA
    • IAFT internal Auditor

    Main Duties

    • Review OEM requirements with regard to warranty and provide feedback to sales team.
    • Ensure that warranty data and filed return parts are analyzed with regard to potential product safety issues.
    • Support and participate in warranty contract negotiation with OEM and with SMP sub tiers
    • Train plant warranty team in warranty requirements
    • Audit plant warranty process to ensure compliance to legal, OEM and SMP requirements
    • Measure warranty process performance and define with plants countermeasures
    • Maintain generic stage 1 and stage 2 test plans
    • Oversee the technical factors for standard warranty processes are in place in all plants
    • Collect the information for seral claim binder
    • Organize together with purchasing warranty workshops for top 5 suppliers
