• Strong oral and written communication skills
• MUST HAVE BACHELORS DEGREE
• At least 2 years of experience processing loans, preferred

Job Description

• Set up and manage loan files, manually and on the computer, and order all exhibits
• Check the accuracy and completeness of each loan file processed prior to passing to the closing department
• Follow up on submitted loans and/or pended loans
• Coordinate closing paperwork and tasks, as required
• Knowledgeable in all loan programs and guidelines as well as company approved Broker options
