Responsibilities

• Collects data to support assessment of IT service performance and ROI (Return On Investment). Supports collaboration with operations and other business functions to ensure successful and ITIL-compliant practices and processes.
• Evaluates, develops, and deploys new departmental processes. Identifies potential enhancements to existing processes.
• Supports effective communication with all service providers and stakeholders.
• Reviews documentation, technical processes and specifications to determine the intended functionality of ITIL initiatives.
• Utilizes available service platforms to support all process management, reporting and governance?activities. Supports team in preparing for and participating in control reviews and internal/external audit engagements.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
ServiceNow- Experience with developing queries and reports in ServiceNow.
Experience building Spark data processing applications (Python, Pyspark).
Experience with SQL development and Tableau Reporting.
Experience building Splunk dashboards.
ITIL Certification is a plus
