The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Handyman, Tradesman or General Contractor, and is now looking for a position without any of the headaches that come with running your own business.
In this role, the duties primarily include inspection repairs, demolition and final punch list/trim out of Exterior and Interior remodels for a house flipping operation. You will work semi-autonomously and report directly to the Project Manager.
We're seeking experienced trades people to join a growing team of dedicated professionals. Specifically, we're looking for individuals with 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a carpenter, craftsman or handyman and good communication skills.
