- with the CFO and Finance team to develop, monitor, and analyze financial performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts.

- Degree Required: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a managerial role, preferably within a healthcare or hospital environment.

- analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
