Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations, the nurse manager shares 24-hour accountability and additional responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the Medical Surgical department.
Functions will be performed in accordance with the nurse practitioner in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.
What You Will Be Doing This Role:
Qualifications:
3-5 year of Recent Acute Care Leadership experience within Unit REQUIRED. Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing; Baccalaureate degree in nursing required.
RN with current licensure or RN with temporary permit to practice from the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
