    **Job Description**

    Were looking for a passionate, energetic, flexible, and reliable individual who has experience in the Event Management Industry who will utilize their network contacts and develop new network contacts to secure new business. Our ideal candidate will be extremely self-motivated, driven, committed and a dedicated team player. To excel in this role, youll need to be a self-starter who is ready to perform on day one.

    **Successful candidates will have the following:**

    8 years or more experience in the event management industry in either a sales, business development, or account management/operations capacity

    Industry-related experience applies - Hotel, Destination Management, Production, tradeshow management, travel director, etc.

    Proven track record for converting existing relationships into clients, account growth

    Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, Word, Excel, and Cvent

    Knowledge of business-to-business sales including prospecting, business development, and account management

    Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting hotels and other venues for programs up to ~2500 attendees

    Experience working with DMCs and creative agencies, media and production companies

    Strong knowledge of virtual meeting components

    Event brand and experiential marketing experience

    Demonstrated ability to sell using a variety of approaches and delivery platforms

    Marketing, public relations, and advertising experience a must

    Ability to travel as needed ~ 30-45%

    **Communication Skills:**

    Excellent presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations involving clients and associates

    Excel in building C-Suite relationships to drive business opportunities

    Exceptional communication skills including: written, interpersonal, and public speaking

    Client presentation skills

    **Leadership Abilities:**

    Self-motivated with strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve priorities

    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; must function well under pressure, delegate effectively, and remain positive and constructive under stress

    Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    **Analytical Skills:**

    Strong problem-solving skills

    Experience with CRM platform reporting and sales pipeline reporting

    Ability to gather client information and analyze industry data to create client-specific action plans and communications

    **What you would be doing at Unbridled:**

    Generate revenue using a consultative selling approach to build new client relationships.

    Lead with a value-driving message and proposition that highlights our ability to generate award-winning work around events and experiential marketing

    Leverage sound business acquisition and retention strategies to cultivate both new and existing business relationships

    Work collaboratively with our account management teams to provide excellent client service across all accounts

    Learn, understand, and display clear understanding of our full suite of services

    Identify and develop new business through personal sales efforts targeted to prospective accounts

    Maintain accurate documentation of all account contact and sales activities

    Call on high level, key decision-makers and close opportunities for face-to-face appointments

    Use effective organizational skills to successfully manage call lists

    Distribute company marketing material to prospective buyers

    Exceptional relationship management skills

    Create project budgets

    Contract negotiation and execution

    Venue sourcing and site visit management

    Exceed assigned sales and revenue goals

    Proposal Development

    Lead Sales Pitches to new and existing clients

    Develop positive relationships with all departments and support client business with project research and sourcing

    Job requires some evening and weekend hours preparing proposals and attending industry functions such as hotel presentations, tradeshows, industry events, etc.
