KeyStaff Professionals is seeking an Bookkeeper for a direct hire opportunity in the Fargo area . This is a position that offers variety, a collaborative work culture, and room for growth and development

Professional Bookkeeper-Direct Hire -Salary up to $65K

• Handling companies bookkeeping duties

• Processing invoices, registrations, and payments in QuickBooks

• Setting up new suppliers

• Processing expenses

• Handling month-end, quarterly and annual closing

• Assist in audits

• Process weekly payroll and prepare W2 reports

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, V-Lookups, ECT)

• 2-3 years Accounting experience

• 2–4-year degree in Accounting preferred
