    Description
    :

    responsible for oversight and direction of the unit.

    The Unit Coordinator shall be accountable for and contribute to program development, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.

    Routinely assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment. Agrees with culture and models appropriate behavior as exemplified in AMMC's Mission/Vision Statement and Standards of Performance. Reflects a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
    Requirements:

    Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas. BSN degree in nursing preferred. At least 2 years of progressive responsibility experience in department supervising and/or nursing healthcare management. ACLS certification preferred. CPR certified.
    Additional Information:

    This is a salaried, management position.
