- Execution of physician's prescribed plan of care and maintaining compliant documentation.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care.
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
- Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Comfortable providing in-home nursing care to individuals of all ages.
