Fuel Your Growth with Love's - company funded tuition assistance Paid Time Off 401(k) – 100% Match up to 5% Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days Competitive Pay Career Development Fuel Planner Job Functions Dispatch trucks and drivers while understanding store inventory needs DOT restrictions and fuel pricing Handle fuel dispatch Manage and maintain inventory levels for company owned and third party locations Work with fuel supply coordinators drivers and driver regional managers to develop store supply strategies to ensure fuel is purchased at the cheapest price possible Develop and maintain professional relationships with drivers third party carriers fuel supply coordinators regional managers and Gemini leadership Communicate effectively with internal external customers Provide quality customer service to storesdrivers Prioritize work throughout the day ensuring that all work is completed before ending shift Handle other duties assigned as needed Experience And Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor s degree in business logistics or supply chain preferred 2-4 years of experience with fuel dispatch logistics or supply chain preferred Skills And Physical Demands Ability to handle 50 inbound phone calls per day Capable of managing emails per day Ability multi task Strong attention detail organizational skills ability problem solve High level initiative works well team environment Excellent verbal written communication skills Willingnessability accept continual training constructive criticism Ability handle high pressure situations deadlines Basic Microsoft Windows Office experience Requires prolonged sitting some bending stooping Occasional lifting pounds Manual dexterity sufficient operate computer keyboard calculator Requires normal range hearing vision The Love Family Of Companies Includes Gemini Motor Transport one industry s safest trucking fleets Speedco Love Truck Care largest oil change preventive maintenance total truck care network Musket rapidly growing Houstonbased commodities supplier trader Trillium Houstonbased alternative fuels expert TVC Prodriver commercial driver license CDL protection subscription service >
