- The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients of all ages, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Function within the organization's policies and procedures, showing professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain practice standards and coordinate patient care activities of assigned staff to deliver quality nursing care.
- MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of a nursing program.
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: New graduates from a nursing program are eligible.
- LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current RN license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.
- ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- PRN positions require:
One year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Advanced certification in specialty field, where applicable.
Nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred. -
