Job summary:
The Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers in the branch and on the platform. The incumbent will have the authority to use discretion in some circumstances but should seek guidance from their supervisor if unclear or uncertain.
Responsibilities:
- Simultaneously performs duties of both Customer Service Representative and Teller
- Opens deposit accounts, prepares and processes loan applications and closes loans for applicable business lines.
- Makes referrals to other bank business lines and third-party partners.
