- Perform product launch process on new products released in the assigned departments.
- Plan and conduct analysis, inspection, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned products or components.
- Ensure inspection control plans are created, published, and maintained for all parts that fit the designated criteria.
- Work with buyers to address vendor quality and ensure appropriate investigation and corrective actions are taking place.
- Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1 + years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1 + years quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive attitude and high degree of initiative.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and manufacturing theory and design.
