This is a 12 month contract with IHA. 100% remote. Only EST/CST candidates.

CTG is seeking an Java Integration Developer to implement technical solutions, integrations between software platforms, programs, and applications.

Essential Accountabilities:

• Develop new applications and scalability projects that drive the business forward.
• Provide Support for end user requests and current production processes
• Participate in meetings with management and business owners to review project status and requirements
• Follow architect guidelines, team and industry standards to develop, test and support solutions
• Follow established quality standards, checkpoints, and communication processes to ensure project quality.
• Automate processes with development solutions including alerts for issues within the applications.
• Assist with translating business requirements in technical specifications, input of data solutions.
• Responsible for the design, provisioning, automation, implementation, alerting and ongoing maintenance of cloud solutions and projects critical to PBD systems.
• Assist with the technical development and support of the data integration solution and the overall system and data architecture.
• Manage data analysis and data integration of disparate systems.
• Build integration solutions between applications to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the business.
• Maintain software development disciplines including version control.
• Perform all levels of functional testing, as well as be an integral part of solving complex system level challenges.
• Create unit tests for solutions as directed by architects for potential security, maintenance, and performance issues.
• Estimate work effort based on known information.
• Ensure high quality and optimum performance of data integration systems in order to meet business solutions.
• Implement processes and logic to extract, transform, and distribute data across one or more data stores from a wide variety of sources.
• Create system documentation as required.

• Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of experience developing systems applications to include Java, JSON and/or XML required. Python, Spring, Spring Boot preferred.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure and Power Platform) within a SQL Server environment such as Azure or AWS data lake, Azure Data Factory, Synapse and Databricks preferred.
• Previous experience with AS400 preferred.
• Web Service Application development preferred.
• Ability to work in both Linux and Windows environments.
