    Description

    The ideal Construction Superintended candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.

    Responsibilities:

    Project Supervision:

    • Manage on-site construction activities.
    • Coordinate subcontractors and trades.

    Schedule and Resource Management:

    • Develop and maintain project schedules.
    • Allocate resources effectively.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure work meets quality standards.
    • Conduct inspections and address deficiencies.

    Safety Oversight:

    • Implement and enforce safety protocols.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections.

    Communication:

    • Serve as on-site point of contact.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
    • Experience with P6, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
    • Experience working for a General Contractor
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or related role.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and materials.
    • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
    • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents effectively.
