Title
Registered Nurse – Long Term Care
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- Overtime billable after 48 hours
Assignment Details
- Patient ratios: 4 nurses during the day, 3 nurses at night
- Staffing split/assigned evenly across four halls based on acuity
- Current census: 105 total residents
- Facility can accommodate block schedule
Requirements
- IV Certified
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in Long-Term Care setting
- No facility housing available
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Evaluate patient health and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and responses to treatments.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care processes.
Compliance / Notes
- Facility will consider new travelers with prior nursing experience.
