    **Lead Mover - Full time, $23/hr + Benefits & Overtime**

    at Landing Charleston, SC **About the Role:**

    We are looking for a **Lead** **Mover** to join us at Landing In this role, youll lead our team of 3 Movers and help our team by packing furniture in the box trucks from the warehouse and transporting it to different sites to unpack and install furniture. * $23/hr + OT + $1K Sign On Bonus

    Monday - Friday schedule (some weekends required)

    Support warehouse operations including receiving, loading & inventory management

    Help with all aspects of installing Landing Homes in the Charleston market (transporting materials to site, painting accent walls, placing furniture, hanging artwork, mounting TVs & removing debris)

    Creating world-class homes for Landing members and delivering a wonderful living experience.

    Nice to have but not required: 2 years of high-quality moving experience

    Lead or any supervisory experience required

    Handyman skills - experience with painting, hanging TVs, etc. is a plus

    Self-Starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    **Valid drivers license required and the ability to drive box truck**

    Strong team player & willingness to go the extra mile and ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment at a quickly-growing company.

    Aptitude for continuous improvement and implementing new procedures.

    Experience with FF&E or warehousing a plus
