Job Title: Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in dispensing medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Dispensing: Compound and dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
• Consultation Services: Advise physicians and health practitioners on potential interactions and side effects of medications.
• Patient Education: Provide patients with pertinent information about their medications.
• Prescription Review: Proactively review prescriptions for proper dosage and identify any potential issues.
• Record Keeping: Supervise and maintain accurate records of all medications.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Licensure: License as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Alabama.
• Experience: One year's experience as a pharmacist in either a hospital or retail pharmacy setting (preferred).
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact and communicate effectively with professionals and the public both verbally and in writing.
