Service Area: Will cover entire metro area. Sign on Bonus: $5000This is a hybrid role that includes traveling within the metro area between the hours of 5pm - 8am as on-call when needed. You will be providing after hours RN services to our clients.Schedule: 2 on/2 off and every other weekend Friday-Sunday: 7 shifts per pay period. This is a full-time position.     The After Hours RN is primarily responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities. Qualifications:
    • One to two years of recent LTC experience in an ALF/MC/SNF setting. One year of hospice care experience preferred.
    • Experience and desire to perform direct patient care necessary
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Current Minnesota Nursing License
    • On-call position: every other weekend 5pm Friday until 8am Monday, as well as 2-3 weeknights 5p-8a
    • Participates in holiday rotation
    • Strong phone communication skills
    • Proficient with technology and technological applications: Microsoft Office, Smart Phone, Calendaring, Wi-Fi, EMR, Internet Browsing, Printer
