Case Manager – BSW

Our Client is a well-established Non-Profit healthcare organization based in Palm Beach County that offers its employees the support and understanding you would expect from top-rated management.

The Company: Our Client is a large behavioral health organization that provides quality patient care for adults and children who are experiencing an acute mental, emotional, or substance use crisis. They are known for the great care they take with patients and employees alike.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a Social Worker and is offering the following benefits package:

$38,000-$42,000 Based on Experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
EMR Knowledge
New Grads Welcome

Responsibilities:

8am-5pm M-F – Community Based Position
1 Late Evening a Week 11am-7pm
Possibly 1 Saturday Month
Provides Individual Support, Problem Solving, Training, & Supervision to Help Obtain The Necessities of Daily Living Including Medical And Dental Care, Legal Advocacy Services, Financial Support, and Transportation.
Treatment Plans
Case Managers Will Also Provide Education, Support, And Consultation to Clients.
