    New Business Specialist I

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you maintain a professional relationship with customers, co-workers and management.

    This position is within the New Business Department of Liberty National. The specialist will scan in paper applications through Captiva program, key information on applications, and preform export as end of the day. Help key applications through ISA, assist with daily reports, and ensure all applications are processed daily. Specialist will also be working reports from OnBase and those emailed out. Will also be responsible to mailing out Policy prints to Agency Offices. Will work in Resonant to issue policies. Other work can be added or removed as needed.

    This role is 100% in office Monday-Friday

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Open, sort, print and code Applications from mail, faxes, SFTP, and emails
    • Verify application is complete with all required forms
    • Key applications into tracking system
    • Key applications into Captiva
    • Scan paper applications
    • Deliver applications to Data Entry/Scan and complete drop files
    • Complete pending reports and update notes
    • Scan, index and key applications or other supporting documents
    • Logging/sorting checks and cash received with applications
    • Reviewing Faxes from the fax lines
    • Reviewing and sorting mail that is delivered to NB
    • Filing and Mailing letters to agents and clients
    • Assemble policy print and mail to clients
    • Other duties as required
    • Working reports

    Required Knowledge & Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferred 1 year in a job requiring similar skill set.
    • Insurance Experience a Plus
    • Office admin experience a plus
