    Job Title: Speech Therapist (SLP)

    Employer: ProCare Therapy

    Location: Bellair, TX

    Job Type: Full-time, Contract

    Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience

    Job Description: ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Speech Therapist (SLP) with a minimum of 1 year of experience for an exciting opportunity to provide speech and language services to students in collaboration with an outstanding team of educators and therapists. The position is for the remainder of the current school year with potential for renewal.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct evaluations, create personalized therapy plans, and deliver direct therapy to tackle speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
    • Manage caseloads in Elementary, Middle, or High School levels based on preference.
    • Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow therapists to ensure a unified approach to enhancing each child's progress.
    • Witness the rewarding journey of children enhancing their communication skills and building self-assurance.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in working efficiently in a remote/virtual setting
    • Familiarity with pertinent laws and regulations in special education
